'SavoryMeadow originated from a vision: introducing the residents of London to true Neapolitan pizza. The Bianchi kin established our humble eatery in 1985, nurturing it from small family origins, utilizing handed-down recipes across generations.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the pizza-crafting discipline during her Italian sojourns, learning from Neapolitan pizza virtuosos—the gatekeepers of traditional pizza. On her return to the UK, her resolve was set to reproduce the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, employing age-old customs and prime ingredients.
From initial steps as a quaint 12-seater pizzeria, we've grown into a treasured neighborhood staple. Yet, our dedication to premium quality and genuine practices is steadfast. We continue to employ classic wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and choose the finest ingredients available.
In the present day, 'SavoryMeadow' is still at the helm of the Bianchi family, with the fresh generation steering our fervent team. While we've adapted to some modern changes, our core ambition endures: to serve delightful, true-to-roots pizza that unites people.
